Agu completed a bachelor's in nutrition at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, and completed the combined dietetic internship and master's program at Montana State University. He currently works at the University of Montana and Community Medical Center, working towards licensure. Gleaning for a private practice and working with laws and regulations for food and food systems.
