Amber Lyman, BS, is the Farm to School Program Specialist for Montana Office of Public Instruction (OPI). Amber is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University, Denver in Hospitality & Food Service Management. In previous roles she worked as an OPI School Nutrition Specialist and Nutrition Services Supervisor at a school district in rural northern California. She provides support and training to Food Service Directors, school staff professionals and other stakeholders in all facets of Farm to School, including Beef to School, sourcing local vendors and management of various Farm to School grant opportunities. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, camping, traveling, and exploring new places.
