Michele Redmond, MS, RDN, FAND, is a Dietitian Chef, “Food Enjoyment Activist” and Employee Wellness Trainer at the Taste Workshop. She provides live and online training programs to help people eat well without willpower and enjoy food and great health, even on time-starved days. Michele blends culinary nutrition with behavioral science to teach people habits, routines and the mindset to make meal prep an enjoyable health behavior.
Along with a healthcare background, Michele trained as a chef in Paris and has worked as a caterer, research chef, food consultant and culinary nutrition instructor for culinary schools, colleges, medical schools, hospital systems and as an adjunct chef instructor at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris.
