Matthew Larsen is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist based out of NW MT. He grew up on an agricultural farm in the Red River Valley, but soon found his way to the mountains of Montana to pursue a Nutrition degree from MSU-Bozeman. Here his passion for health empowerment and equity was balanced by his love for the mountains. Matthew comes with a diverse nutritional background ranging from direct patient care in hospital and outpatient settings, tribal health and Indian Health Service, non profit grant writing, and administrative leadership, to virtual based-patient care platforms.
