Tara is the director of dining services at the University of Montana-Western in Dillon, MT. As a Montana native she finds great joy in working with students, faculty, staff, and guests of UMW Dining. She especially loves working alongside an incredible team of people who plan and prepare nourishing meals day after day. Tara has worked for the Montana WIC program, the Office of Public Instruction, Montana State University, and as a preceptor for the Montana Dietetic Internship program. Tara is married to the love of her life, Sky Jones, and has two incredible children, Murdoch and Endee.
